Felicity Huffman the actor who plays Bree in Transamerica is truly amazing. A moving portrayal and very convincing. It is quite a feat for a woman playing a man who is a transexual.Kevin Zeger plays Toby his/her son.
I enjoyed the film mainly for the performance, but the art direction is hilarious with its pastel extravaganza, and the road movie parts gave me wanderlust again. I have crossed the US 7 times on wheels.
